Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1-2 teaspoons cannabis tincture
Food coloring (optional)
Lollipop sticks
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Continue to cook without stirring until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in cannabis tincture and food coloring.
Pour the mixture into lollipop molds and insert sticks. Let cool completely before removing from molds.
