Ingredients:
1/2 cup canna butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
In a large bowl, cream together canna butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Combine flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
