This dogs neck is scarred from a heavy chain that was probably there her whole life. Dog has wounds, some from being held down and mouth wounds so another dog could have its's was with her.
This area should be black like a chalkboard but it lit up, like you scribbled on it with white chalk, which means she is overloaded with heart worms.
This pups eye socket was shattered with a baseball bat and later found in a dumpster. Before and after photos of Homer is in the 'Picture' tab.
