Quit drinking

Brief

I'm recovering from alcoholism for keeping my physical health better and stop misbehaving very ridiculously while drunken.
My type of alcohol misusage was closer to kitchen drinkers.

Additionally, doctor told me I have to quit drinking.

First refresh, do damp jan. (Remind myself my longest no alcohol days) - Reduce drinking days to 1/2. Not very good result but I successed in some way.

One week one drinking time for  6 weeks, then start to quit properly. - got L-Glutamin and misc to bare that craving. 

One drinking time per week -> No drinking projet started.

Try Wigovy and kinda traditional one after last time to drink. (I was curious on certain one.)
