I’m Christie, I’m 19 and became a personal trainer because being active has always just felt like home to me. I finished my Certificate IV in Fitness in 2023 while still doing my HSC, because honestly, I couldn’t wait any longer to start doing what I love. For me, training isn’t just about moving your body, it’s about building confidence, feeling good in your own skin, and having someone in your corner who actually cares.
I’ve grown up in a world full of fitness pressure, constant noise online, unrealistic body standards, and a whole lot of confusion around what healthy really means. That’s why I started CAN FITT to cut through all of that and create something real. A space where people feel supported, where training makes sense, and where progress is measured in more than just numbers. I’m here to help you move better, feel stronger, and back yourself, because you actually can.
