This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application CandySort (the "App"), published by forestalDevel  ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App.

By using CandySort, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you for any personal information: no account, no sign-up, no name or email address.

• Data stored only on your device: your level progress, stars, coins, settings (sound, music, language) and your purchase status. This data is stored locally and is not transmitted to us. It is deleted if you uninstall the App or reset your progress.

• Data collected automatically by third-party services: in order to display ads and process purchases, our providers (see §4) may collect technical data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type, operating system, and information about your interactions with ads.

2. Advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your consent and your region, these ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent screen is shown to you before any personalized ads are displayed, in accordance with the GDPR.

Google and its partners may use your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (for example, removing ads), processed through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled by Google; we neither receive nor store your payment details.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

5. How We Use Data

The data above is used solely to: operate the App, display and measure ads, process purchases, and improve the gameplay experience.

6. Retention and Deletion

Game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or reset your progress. For data processed by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

CandySort is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to personalized advertising (via the consent screen or your device settings). For any request, please contact us (see §10).

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, as no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
