SKR Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile game Candy Match.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use Candy Match.
Candy Match does not require you to create a separate account with SKR Studio.
We do not directly request or collect information such as your:
Legal name
Email address
Phone number
Postal address
Contacts
Photos or media
Payment-card or bank-account information
However, Candy Match uses third-party Google services that may automatically collect or process certain information, as described below.
Candy Match uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how players use the game and to improve performance, stability, gameplay, and the overall user experience.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect or process information such as:
Device type and model
Operating-system version
App version
Device language and general device settings
General gameplay activity
Screens viewed within the game
Level starts, completions, failures, and abandoned levels
Level number, score, stars, moves used, and session duration
Booster usage and in-game economy activity
Cloud-save success, failure, and conflict events
App session information
Device or app-instance identifiers used for analytics
Approximate geographic region
Technical, performance, and diagnostic information
Candy Match does not intentionally send your legal name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, or payment information to Firebase Analytics.
Analytics information is used to understand aggregated gameplay behavior, identify technical problems, balance levels, evaluate features, and improve the game.

Candy Match stores game progress and settings locally on your device.
Locally stored information may include:
Current and unlocked levels
Completed levels
Scores and stars
In-game currency
Lives
Boosters and other virtual items
Selected music, sound, visual, and gameplay settings
Reward status
Game synchronization information
Depending on your Android device and system settings, eligible local data may also be included in Android backup, restore, or device-transfer features provided by Google or your device manufacturer.
This may allow eligible data to be restored when you reinstall Candy Match or move to another device.
Candy Match uses Google Play Games Services to provide features such as Play Games authentication and cloud save.
You do not need to create a separate SKR Studio account. Google Play Games authentication is managed by Google through your Play Games profile and Google Account.
When you use Google Play Games features, Candy Match may access or process:
Your Google Play Games player identifier
Your Play Games display name
Your Play Games authentication status
Information needed to associate local progress with the correct Play Games profile
Cloud-saved game progress
Cloud-save synchronization status and timestamps
Candy Match does not receive or have access to your Google Account password.
A protected or hashed representation of your Play Games player identifier may be stored locally to help associate game progress with the correct authenticated player.
Google may separately collect and process information about your Play Games profile, gaming activity, installed games, play duration, device information, saved progress, and related activity according to Google’s policies and your Google Account settings.

When Google Play Games cloud save is available and you are authenticated, Candy Match may store game progress using Google Play Games Saved Games.
Cloud-saved information may include:
Current level
Highest unlocked level
Completed levels
Scores and stars
In-game currency
Lives
Boosters and other virtual items
Selected game settings and cosmetic choices
Reward and progression status
Save revision and synchronization timestamps
This information is stored and processed through Google Play Games Services.
SKR Studio does not operate independent cloud-storage servers for Candy Match and does not directly store your cloud-save information on SKR Studio-controlled servers. Cloud-save information is stored using Google’s services and is subject to Google’s privacy, security, and retention practices.
Cloud save may be used to:
Restore progress after reinstalling the game
Transfer progress to another supported device
Synchronize progress between supported devices
Resolve differences between local and cloud progress
Protect progress from accidental loss
Cloud save requires an internet connection and an authenticated Google Play Games profile. Local gameplay may remain available when cloud save is unavailable, although cloud synchronization will not occur until the service becomes available again.
Information processed through Candy Match and its third-party services may be used to:
Operate and provide the game
Save and restore game progress
Synchronize progress across supported devices
Authenticate players through Google Play Games
Improve game performance and stability
Fix bugs and technical problems
Understand gameplay trends
Balance levels and difficulty
Improve the user experience
Develop and evaluate new features
Prevent data loss, corruption, and synchronization errors
Protect the security and integrity of the game
Comply with applicable legal obligations
Candy Match uses the following third-party services:
Google Analytics for Firebase provides gameplay and app-usage analytics. Google may collect and process analytics information according to its privacy policies.

Android or your device manufacturer may back up or transfer eligible local application data according to your device settings and the applicable provider’s policies.

These services are operated by Google or the applicable device manufacturer. Their processing of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and user settings.
Candy Match currently does not display third-party advertisements.
The release version of Candy Match does not request advertising-identifier permissions for advertising purposes.
If advertising services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those services are introduced.
Candy Match currently does not directly collect or store payment-card or bank-account information.
If purchases are offered through Google Play in the future, payment processing will be handled by Google Play or another authorized payment provider. SKR Studio will not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account details.
This Privacy Policy will be updated if the game’s payment or purchase functionality materially changes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Information may be processed or shared only as necessary in the following circumstances:
With Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics and game improvement
With Google Play Games Services for authentication and cloud save
With Android backup or device-transfer providers when enabled by the user or device
When required by law, legal process, regulation, or a valid governmental request
When reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce legal rights, prevent fraud, or protect the security and integrity of Candy Match
Google and other service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Local game progress and settings remain on your device until they are removed, overwritten, transferred, restored, or deleted through Android settings or by uninstalling the game.
Cloud-saved progress associated with Google Play Games may remain in your Google Account or Play Games profile after Candy Match is uninstalled.
Firebase Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings configured for the applicable Firebase project and Google’s policies. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for analytical, security, legal, or service-improvement purposes where permitted by law.
Android backups and device-transfer copies may remain subject to the retention policies and controls of Google or your device manufacturer.
You can generally remove locally stored Candy Match data by:
Opening Android Settings and clearing Candy Match’s storage or app data; or
Uninstalling Candy Match
Clearing local data or uninstalling the game may not automatically delete cloud-saved progress, Android backups, Firebase Analytics records already processed by Google, or Google Play History.
You can request deletion of Candy Match data associated with Google Play Games through your Google Play Games profile settings.

Deleting Candy Match’s Play Games data may remove cloud-saved progress and other Play Games information associated with the game. Deletion may be permanent and may prevent deleted progress from being restored.
Google Play Games profile data and Google Play History are separate. Deleting one may not automatically delete the other. Please review your Google Account and Google Play privacy settings to manage both.
Some analytics information may not be directly identifiable by SKR Studio because Candy Match does not maintain separate user accounts or personal customer profiles.

We may need reasonable information about your request to understand or respond to it, but you should never send us your Google password, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information processed through Candy Match.
Cloud-save and analytics information is transmitted through Google services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, Google Account, and Play Games profile.
Google and other service providers may process information on servers located in countries other than the country where you live.
Their processing and international transfer of information are governed by their respective privacy policies, contractual protections, and applicable laws.
Candy Match is intended for a general audience and is not designed to directly request personal information from children.
Candy Match does not knowingly request a child’s legal name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, or payment information.
However, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Games Services, Android backup, and other Google services may process device, gameplay, or account-related information according to Google’s policies, applicable account settings, and parental or supervised-account controls.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, or you have a privacy concern regarding a child’s use of Candy Match, please contact us at ranasamibkr@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action where reasonably possible.
Parents and guardians should also review the privacy and parental-control settings associated with the child’s device, Google Account, and Google Play Games profile.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information, including the right to:
Request information about how data is processed
Request access to certain information
Request correction or deletion
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Submit a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority
These rights may be subject to legal limitations and may apply differently depending on whether information is controlled by SKR Studio, Google, or another service provider.
Because SKR Studio does not maintain separate Candy Match user accounts or directly store personal user profiles on its own servers, we may not be able to identify or retrieve information that has already been aggregated, de-identified, or stored exclusively by Google.
You can manage Google-related information through your Google Account, Google Play, Play Games, and device privacy settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Candy Match changes, when third-party services change, or when legal or regulatory requirements change.
