1. Introduction Welcome to CandyDrop.lol ("we," "our," or "the Service"). This Service is a personal project developed by Sean ("Developer") for educational and experimental purposes on the Pharos Testnet.
By accessing or using CandyDrop.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service (Testnet Only) You acknowledge and agree that:
Experimental Software: CandyDrop is in a Beta stage and may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
Testnet Environment: The Service operates exclusively on the Pharos Atlantic Testnet.
No Monetary Value: The tokens (PHRS) used and transferred within this Service are testnet tokens. They hold NO real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and are not investment vehicles.
Data Persistence: Data on the testnet may be reset or wiped by the Pharos Network developers at any time.
3. Use of the Service You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:
The security of your X (Twitter) account and the connected wallet (via Privy).
Verifying the accuracy of the recipient's X Handle before sending any tokens. We cannot reverse transactions if you mistype a handle.
4. Wallet and Private Keys CandyDrop uses Privy to facilitate wallet creation and connection.
Non-Custodial: The Developer does not have access to your private keys or the ability to control your funds.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. The Developer is not liable for any loss of access or funds due to lost credentials or hacking.
5. Disclaimers (No Warranty) THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer (Sean) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Third-Party Services The Service utilizes third-party tools (e.g., Privy, Pharos Network, Vercel). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.
8. Modifications We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
