All users must strictly comply with the rules in this policy regarding the protection of individuals under the age of 18. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account removal and may lead to legal action by law enforcement agencies.
Candy Chat is committed to providing a secure and trustworthy platform. All user-generated content (UGC) is reviewed through a combination of human moderation teams and advanced automated systems to strictly prevent any material involving abuse, sexual exploitation, or inappropriate behavior from appearing on the platform.
Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use our services.
Prohibition of Age Misrepresentation: Any attempt to falsify or misrepresent one’s age to gain access to the platform is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate suspension or removal of the account.
No Accounts for Minors: Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
We employ a combination of automated detection technologies and manual review systems to identify minor-related activities and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content. Any attempt to circumvent these systems is strictly forbidden.
4.1 Sexualized Content Involving Minors & CSAE
Sharing, creating, or distributing any material depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Any sexualized content involving minors, including discussions, fetishized portrayals, role-play scenarios, or sexualized costumes.
Any depiction of nudity or sexualized representation of minors in any form, including illustrations, drawings, or animations.
4.2 Harmful or Dangerous Conduct
Threatening, encouraging, or committing acts of physical violence against minors.
Engaging in psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation targeting minors.
Depicting or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities.
Promoting or depicting neglect, trafficking, or exploitation of minors.
4.3 Minors Appearing in Platform Content
Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in any images, videos, or other forms of user-generated content on the platform.
Content that implies or depicts minors participating in adult or inappropriate contexts is strictly prohibited.
We encourage all users to report any suspicious or potentially violating behavior using the in-app reporting features. The platform includes a dedicated “Underage” reporting option to ensure priority review when minors are involved.

All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties, including content removal and permanent account bans.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities—such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)—to support investigations and fulfill our legal obligations.
Individuals convicted of crimes involving harm to children—including but not limited to sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking—are strictly prohibited from using the platform. We reserve the right to restrict access based on publicly available records or as legally required.
