THE SHORT VERSION

Candy Castle Blast does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, login, or registration. There are no advertisements and no analytics or tracking tools. Your level progress is saved only on your own device and never leaves it. Deleting the game removes that saved progress permanently.

1. WHO WE ARE

Candy Castle Blast ("the Game") is developed and published by LevelStudio Games ("we", "us", "our"), an independent game developer based in Türkiye.

This Privacy Policy explains what data the Game does and does not handle. It applies only to the Game. If you have any questions, you can reach us using the details in Section 11.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We do not collect any personal data.

The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photographs, contacts, or any other information that could identify you. It does not require you to create an account or to sign in.

The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, or files.

Data stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves your progress locally on your device using your device's standard app storage. This includes which levels you have unlocked, your progress within the game, and your sound and settings preferences.

This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no way of reading it. If you uninstall the Game, this information is deleted along with it and cannot be restored.

3. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

The Game contains no advertisements.

The Game contains no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, attribution, or tracking software of any kind. We do not use advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and we do not build advertising profiles or infer interests about you.

No third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data are integrated into the Game.

4. THIRD PARTIES

We do not share, sell, rent, disclose, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties, because we do not collect any.

The Game is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may independently collect certain information when you download, install, update, or use apps obtained from Google Play — for example, installation records or, if you have enabled it in your device settings, automatic crash reports. That collection is carried out by Google under its own terms, not by us, and we do not receive any personal data from Google as a result. 5. PURCHASES

The Game is free to play and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. We do not process payments and never receive payment card or bank account information.

6. CHILDREN

The Game is suitable for players of all ages and contains no chat, no social features, no user-generated content, and no way for players to contact one another.

Because the Game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children. We do not knowingly gather information from children of any age, and there is no mechanism in the Game through which a child could provide personal data to us.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will investigate and delete anything found.

7. DATA RETENTION

We hold no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Progress data stored locally on your device remains there for as long as the Game is installed, and is removed when you uninstall it.

8. SECURITY

The strongest protection for your data is that we never collect it. Because no personal data is transmitted or stored on our systems, there is no server-side store of your information that could be exposed.

Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own operating system security and by the settings you have chosen on that device.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. These include rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

We respect these rights fully. In practice, because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, delete, or transfer, and nothing that we could sell or share for advertising purposes. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the Game.

You are welcome to contact us with any request or question about your data, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game changes — for example, if a future version introduces advertising, analytics, cloud saves, or online features. If that happens, we will revise this page, update the "Last updated" date above, and describe the new data practices before the change takes effect.

We encourage you to review this page from time to time. The version published here is always the current one.
