About the Author

J.D. Knapp is the author of Candied Acridity, and has plans for a potential trilogy. Although this is just the beginning, she won't stop writing anytime soon. She plans to continue writing science based novels. J.D. is an avid horseman, artist, outdoorsman, and dog trainer. Most of her writing occurs at unholy hours of the night, but a large portion of the writing for Candied Acridity happened in Santa Marta Costa Rica, a rural valley town in "La zona de Los Santos". Although she now lives in Colorado, she would eagerly accept Costa Rican tamales in favor of royalties.
