Welcome to Couple Questions! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Candidly mobile application (“the App”), operated by Polyhoot Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Candidly is a mobile application offering conversation card games for couples, friends, and groups. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 17 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Candidly offers two types of in-app purchases:
Weekly Subscription:
This auto-renewing subscription grants access to premium decks and exclusive content on a weekly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Manage or Cancel Your Subscription:
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store settings:

All content in the app (cards, prompts, visuals, UI) is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.
We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle analytics data and your local usage information. We do not store personal responses or conversation data on external servers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it), temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
