Your roundtrip transportation between the airport and hotel is provided by Amstar
Upon arrival after clearing immigration and customs, head to the arrival hall or desk #10 inside the arrival lobby to meet your Amstar representative. An Amstar representative (wearing a signature blue-flowered shirt) will greet you inside the terminal building and escort you to your transfer vehicle.If you pre-purchased the Club MoBay “Arrival Service” inform the representative your transportation is with Amstar. To avoid missing your transfer and help ensure a timely departure please do not wait in the Club MoBay Lounge unless directed to by an Amstar Representative.Since you have already arranged for your hotel transportation, there is no need to stop with timeshare representatives or taxi operators offering you information and products in the arrival hall.To confirm your return transfer and for any other assistance, look for your Amstar representative in your hotel during the day. You can also confirm your return transfer by calling the Amstar office at 1-876-836-1113 or 1-876-550-2318.
