Customers may cancel their booking any time before the sample collection is completed. A 3% cancellation fee will be applicable on the total invoice amount.
No cancellations are allowed after the sample collection has been completed.
If a booking was made using an online payment method and subsequently cancelled, customers may request a refund to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Customers are eligible for a full or partial refund if the designated testing lab is unable to deliver the report within the Turnaround Time (TAT) mentioned during booking.

Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days and credited to the customer’s account.
