CanApp ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application CanApp (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our App.

Profile Picture (image)
Introductory Video (optional)
This information is provided by the user at the time of account setup or profile completion.

Camera: To allow users to take profile photos or upload videos.
Gallery / Storage: To let users select and upload profile pictures or intro videos.
Internet Access: Required for content loading and account creation.
These permissions are used strictly for app functionality and user customization.
To personalize content in the career feed based on your interests and categories (e.g., profession, subjects, exams).
To allow users to create and share posts.
To help users build a basic public profile within the app community.
To enable content sharing to external platforms (e.g., social media).
We currently use the following third-party service:
Firebase Authentication: To verify user phone numbers via OTP.
Firebase may collect device information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers. Data is only used internally to improve app experience.
