Rules Summary

1. Legal Card/Sets: All the Atlantic Legal sets (including Fallen Empires and the Harper Prism promo cards) with same art-same frame reprints (you can use Revised Serendib Efreet and Plateau)

2. 100 card minimum main deck. No sideboards, no commanders or colour restrictions.

3. It's a singleton format, which means that outside of basic lands, you can only play one copy of each card in your deck.

4. Mana burn is in effect

5. There is a points list and you can spend 10 points on cards
