Whenever I launch SP I get a warning window pop up saying my Graphics Card Drivers are out of date. But I had a similar issue with Photoshop 2020 where the GUI had similar glitches. And lastly, Minecraft with the SevTech Ages modpack. I cannot assuredly say that this is a driver problem, but the same happened with me with my old PC. My old PC was very low-end. It was very slow in Blender, but got the work done. To make my PC faster, I saw a youtube tutorial which showed that going to System > advanced system options > graphics and switching off all 'fancy' features will make your PC faster. Doing this resulted in the same glitches in blender and inkscape, but got fixed by switching those options bak to what they were before.

But when I go into my display adapters, my display driver is 27.20.1034.6. Is it misreading this driver information somehow? Or is there some other issue here?

I have two identical MacBooks both running Catalina 10.15.6 one my trusty go-to and then another I've bought that isn't near as tolerable for me, one I work all day on, the other gives me symptoms, the symptomatic one has much later firmware and therefore I assume much later AMD graphic drivers hence the question.

I currently have yet to find a method to share an SPIbus with an SD card, Display and Touch.

Using the python drivers ili9XXX.py and xpt2046.py with either machine.SdCard or sdcard.py drivers

I could not find any combination where these three divices would work together.

I have also tryed using the lv_spi.py with no success.

The biggest issue with the display drivers is the lack of an API that is the same across all of the drivers. You also have all of the drivers dropped into a single file which uses up quite a bit of additional memory when all but one of the drivers is not even used. There needs to be a base class that driver classes would subclass and that would give the common API. Now to throw a wrench into the works there was talk of having drivers written in C for LVGL. These drivers would be board specific and impliment whatever is needed for them to work for a specific MCU. It is a good idea but I feel it is not a good idea for MicroPython. This is because MicroPython is a runtime language not a compile time one. Specifying a board at compile time is one thing but having to compile specifically for a display is a completely different animal.
