Purchase history is the central place to manage your orders. Simply select the More actions dropdown menu next to one of your purchases to see a list of options, including Contact seller and Return this item.

Any ideas why I can only see my purchase history from either the past 60 days, or from 2022, or 2021? I'd like to if possible, see back further. I know for certain my account is just over 10 years old. If anyone has a method to see purchases from beginning to end, I'd like to know. My dad wants to know so he can pay me back for everything I've ever gotten off there for him.

I purchase a lot of items off of ebay that are hard to find elsewhere. However, I absolutely HATE the new 'purchase history' layout. I often purchase very similar items and I differentiate them upon arrival by the tracking number. After a certain number of days, the tracking is inaccessible as the button simply says leave feedback. And with items that are past their expected arrival, it shows this as well. (Whether they've arrived or not.) Also, it does not readily show the purchase date. (I have to click through several links to get to the date.) While this setup may work well for the average user, it is EXTREMELY frustrating for someone that purchases large volumes of merchandise. Is there any way to get back to the old layout or at least customize the new one? Thanks much.

However, what this does mean is that y'all can bookmark your own links on your new and old purchase history pages, and then in the future, if when the links disappear and leave you stuck on the new page, you might be able to use the bookmarked links to toggle back and forth (similar to accessing the old PayPal format after they took the links to revert away - I still use my bookmarked ones to avoid the new mess there)

The NEW Purchase history SUCKS donkey nuggets, so many screens & clicks & categories & **bleep**. **bleep** is all I can say, and NOW you cannot access the old version. Ebay has been gong downhill for years WONKY tech heads know better than the people using the site & in the trenches. WHY Ebay do you make everything more complicted HUH? And now when I loose a lot I cant see it....I get switched to a 'similar item" I got a similar item- Im going to stick with AMazon in the future

I totally AGREE with you on EVERY point you made (purchase date, tracking number etc) . I'm just going to stop leaving feedback for sellers as it takes to much time to finagle. I'm just going to Add to note area received. I put up with it because I could SWITCH to Old View , now it won't even do that anymore.

The new purchase history is terrible. Why remove tracking #? Invoices with multiple items from the same seller, look like individual items with full shipping amount, not actual amount. Let us go back to the slow version, at least it worked, sometimes.

Can't change the lay out page back as of today! It sucks so bad this system that they think is so good. They don't see or buy from it so they haven't a clue. I quit ebay and thanks to your new lay out many others will follow suit! What waco came up with this lay out to begin with needs to be handed his walking papers! We have lost valuable info that we need to see in our purchases do you even realize this????

I have several items I purchased in 2022. If I go to my purchase history, select '2022' as the filter, it only shows one item. The items aren't set to hidden, as I can also tell it to show hidden items, and it doesn't appear.

The new V2 purchase history page is entirely broken. Everything shows as unpaid pretty much no matter what. Images are broken, the formatting is a nightmare, items are duplicated multiple times over. I have been hoping and waiting for someone to fix this, but it's been months now.

I make a lot of purchases on eBay. The "Purchase History" summary is important so I can see what was purchased, who from, when, what was paid, tracking, etc. This summary was changed recently. Sometimes change is just hard, and "suck it up buttercup!". But this one takes more screen re-estate. 5 items are now viewable on my 4K monitor rather than 6 like before. So much more scrolling. Everything is spaced apart. Information has been lost such as the ebay item number. The "Leave Feedback" button used to be right there, but now I have to click "More actions" to see that button. The seller name and estimated delivery dates are now duplicated for each auction lot if I purchased multiple items. The update no longer provides a nice summary for multi item purchases. In the past I tried the "Tell us what you think" button but that seems to lead to a black hole. This is why I am taking this to the community. My work-around is to use ebay.ca rather than ebay.com, but eventually these changes will be rolled out globally unless we can somehow get the feedback across. In summary:

It is also worth reviewing the process used to deliver this new summary page. How could this be possible? Did someone define requirements for usability? Does ebay have a QA team which reviews UI changes for usability?

I use my iPhone for purchase history and such. No ads popping up. There are no ads on the eBay app. on my iPhone thankfully. I can go back to 2020 on my purchases...maybe more..I don't know how far back I can go.

Thanks "eburtonlab" for your comments. It is the new page with the link that you provided which I am unhappy with. Thankfully ebay.ca does not yet re-direct to "...v2/purchase". I get the feeling that changes are about trying to making things look prettier or more marketable, at the expense of user friendliness and efficiency. I hope is to influence the ones deciding on these changes.

Thanks for your comments. On the ebay mobile app the purchase history looks reasonable given the comparatively small screen. While I can seen roughly four listings on my Samsung phone, I can only see six listings on my computer's 4K monitor. And that is with my web browser stretched from my monitor's top to bottom, and no zoom or magnified fonts.

In addition, it would be beneficial to have the complete transaction history (including ALL the photographs), rather than that kid covering his head with his raincoat, with the message "We looked everywhere. . .." There seems to be no consistency with the age of the transaction when this message pops up -- some of the older transactions provide all the data requested, while more recent purchases receive the Raincoat Kid response. Why not provide ALL the info, no matter HOW old the purchase?

Everything about the new page is a step back that probably only happened because shareholders demanded some new changes be made. Aside from the feedback button being buried(but it has been 50% of the time, they really want me to return most of my purchases with the button to do so being on top!) I can't even see if feedback has been left or received. I also can't hide purchase entries for charity donations.

This is one of the reasons that I "need" the ebay item number on the summary page. So I can export it to keep a record, and I have a number which uniquely identifies my order. I guess they hid the item number because an occasional buyer would not need it.

I can understand that the images account for the largest amount of data that they need to store for a transaction. Storing the images for longer would be nice to have, but I am mostly upset at how the new page is a big step backwards in usability / efficiency. E.g., to find the ebay item number, I now have to open the auction listing and scroll down to find it.

Well, they need to listen to both sellers and buyers. Sellers seem to have the most problem with the shipping options ... I can see that they want to ship internationally, because they have a country exclusion list, but the option is there only to purchase locally. Then me, as a buyer, should be able to contact the seller to confirm their intent, but I am blocked because my address is from another country. Anyway, it's both the sellers and buyers that they need to listen to. I am mostly a buyer, and am super frustrated with the new Purchase History summary.

I've installed the eBay Purchase History Extension for Edge, but I can't figure out how to actually activate it in eBay. The only info on it is on the Chrome web store site, which implies that you can use the extension to retrieve purchase history details with a "single button click", but I don't know where this button is located (or what it looks like). Does anyone have any experience using this extension?

Is there an alternative way to retrieve shipping costs and taxes for purchases? This info is available for recent purchases if you click on Order Details, but it is not available for older purchases. I don't know if this info is unavailable for purchases older than a period, such as 30 days, or whether it disappears after a purchased item is delivered. I don't necessarily need this info in a spreadsheet format, but it would be nice if this info is retrievable in some way.

If you had previously bookmarked a page that displayed a year's worth of purchase history, when the new year arrived, your history will now display this year's history instead of last year's. That would certainly explain seeing only the most recent transaction.

If the purchases were made as a guest or using a different account, those will not appear in this account's purchase history. For guest purchases you must use the email you received to track those purchases.

TY so much, but I had already done that 2 or 3 times with no results as far as the waterproof stickers I ordered. I can only see my very last purchase, a Rubbermaid dish. Just before that, I had 4 to 5 orders for those, 3 have arrived, & I have no clue where the others I ordered went. This also means I can't give the sellers a review. She suggested I look @ my only banking debit charges. That has nothing to do w/ why I can't see my Purchase History, as I could just 2-3 weeks ago.
