Can You !NEW! Download Artist On Spotify

Desktop and Android app have started telling me "spotify returned no results for _____ in artists. Please try a different category or a new search term" this morning. Has replicated on multiple devices. Only happens for Spotify and only in "artists", albums and playlist search still works. Any idea if I changed a setting or if something is wrong on their end?

I have a Spotify Duo account and Sonos 1, and the search across artist, songs, album, etc. worked on the primary user. However, when I switched yesterday to the secondary user the search gives Spotify results on everything except artists.

Hello, I have a little problem. When I had a old phone (Sony Xperia E5), I had there all artist and their songs I liked. For example, I liked 5 songs from one artist and I had there own file with this artist so I could listen only this one artist. Now I have new phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 pro) and this is not working for me anymore. I have to be connected on Internet and I have to start following artist so I could listen only this artist and his songs that I liked. How can I change it to back like on my old phone and listen only one artist and his music without the internet? I want have music divided by artists.

Another way around would be to add all of the songs you want to listen to, from various artists to a playlist and download it. You can then sort the songs by Artist by clicking the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner and select Sort Playlist > Sort by > Artist. More info on sorting and filtering playlists- here.

it would be kinda annoying creating playlist for each artist and put songs there. I have about 50 artists there. I think you misunderstanded my question. I know I can sort it by artist but when I did it, I have there all artists so I can not click on "random playing" because it would not play only one artist there. On my old device I had there artist lined up by alphabet and I could just click there on artist and listen all songs that I downloaded only from this one artist. But I figured out how I can do it now I guess. I had to start following every artist and downloaded it. I add attachment. So in the end it looks like this. There's a Search for an Item endpoint which takes a type of artist, you could provide the Artist Name to this API, depending on the name you might get a result back but can check that the result contains the name you want and then get the Id of the Artist from that
