Did you fix the problem?? This happens a lot to both android and iPhone users. Happening to me right now. I even tried canceling my subscription through Apple early and then start a entirely new one and still didn't work. I think Adobe might do this on purpose because everytime I do an online chat with Adobe support they try to push buying through them directly. Which at this point I would do but they don't even offer a Lightroom only option. You have to pay $5 more (9.99$) for the Lightroom package. I really respected Adobe yo until now. I have done hours of research and I now know this is entirely on adobes side of things as Apple has sent me documents that the subscription is still active and paid to Adobe. I really hope this stops and the auto-renewal through Apple starts working as it should. They will lose a lot of business if people start catching on to this up-selling scheme

Hi all, and this may seem like such a simple question but I got a prograff1000 , using a windows based unit, and adobe lightroom and photoshop. I have had so many problems trying to get the program to get going. Adobe worked on it for 3 hours with no result. I am trying to get lightroom to accept studio pro as a plug in. Will not do. Also get an error saying that there is an error in the system. I am at so a loss, and so is Adobe for that matter I do not know where to begin. Any help would be most appreciated by me. Have basically spent the day trying to get this to work. HELP!!!!!!

I have a really annoying problem that creeps up in lightroom every now and then and it's driving me insane. I'll be happy editing photos in Develop mode and zooming in and out while brushing to add adjustments. Every now and then the interface gets stuck in zoom/in and out mode and no matter what I do, it won't let me access the brushes anymore. My only solution is to quit and restart the program, although sometimes if I switch over to Before and after mode that seems to fix it, but then even both of the windows every now and then will be stuck.
