In MyChart, go to Test results. Your provider may send you a message if they want to share their comments about test results with you. Some test results may not be viewable with the mobile app.

Automatic notifications about new test results are sent once a day between 8 and 9 a.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). They'll be sent via email or text, depending on the preferences you've set up in MyChart.

To help you stay as informed as possible, we send lab and test results when they are final, which may be before your provider has reviewed them. After your provider reviews your results, they may add comments or contact you directly. They may also wait for more tests or information before providing their opinion or recommendations for you. You can choose to view your results as soon as they are sent or wait to discuss your results with your provider. Please ask your provider when you should expect to hear from them regarding your lab or test results.

MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects Cleveland Clinic patients to portions of their electronic medical record allowing you to see test results, message your physician, schedule appointments and more.

Patients can chart and graph numerical test results to track their health improvement. Select a result and click on "View Historical Results." You can display your results as a chart, chart by date, or line and bar graph.

There are some tests which are not available in the Epic medical record system so these results cannot be released in MyChart. For any of the results below, send a secure message requesting a paper copy of your results be mailed.

You can see most tests from your inpatient stays and emergency room visits at Strong Memorial, Highland and FFT hospitals, as well as those tests completed by a UR Medicine lab. In an effort to get your test results to you as soon as possible, many test results are available in MyChart the morning after they are finalized. This means that sometimes you'll see the results before your doctor; thank you in advance for your patience in allowing your physician time to communicate with you about your test results.

Pathology, pap smears, and many types of advanced imaging, and sensitive tests are released to MyChart seven days after the result is finalized. Note exceptions below for adolescents (ages 12-17) and genetic tests. As a reminder, MyChart proxys will be able to view all test results; you can review and/or change your settings.

When you visit a UR Medicine location (inpatient, outpatient, Urgent Care, emergency or lab) you will have instant access to your test results in MyChart. This means you may see results before your doctor; thank you in advance for your patience in allowing your physician time to communicate with you about your test results.

MyChart graph/trend reports are only available on those results conducted at a UR Medicine lab from Nov. 1, 2010 and on, as well as test results from inpatient stays or emergency room visits at Strong Memorial of Highland hospitals from Dec. 2013 and on.

Please DO NOT use MyChart to refill your medications. To refill medications, you can call the refill line at (360) 312-2497 and select option 1 to refill a prescription. You can then enter the prescription number from your bottle.


Alternatively, you can download the RefillPro app on your apple or android device to refill prescriptions through the app. There will also be a website for prescription refills posted on the Lummi Tribal Health Center Website once it is available.

You can only review your results from within your MyChart web or mobile account. Click on the Health menu and select the Test Results. On Test Results, click anywhere within the row to display the results for that test.

Test results in your MyChart account are released automatically with the exception of sensitive information. If you do not see test results, please call the ordering physician's office and request the release of your information, or discuss it with your physician during your next visit.

Charges available in your MyChart account are for services provided by Wellstar Health System and its employed physicians. Patients may receive paper bills from other provider groups if those services are not provided by Wellstar Health System employed physicians; such as emergency department visits, lab or imaging tests, or if they are a homecare patient.

It may take several days or even weeks for certain tests to be completed and reported. If you feel that your test results should be available but you don't see them in MyChart, call your provider's office and ask about the tests.

Open notes, or the notes written by clinical staff after a visit or that talk about your lab/test results, are available for patients to read in MyChart without having to wait for your provider to get back to you.

The 21st Century Cures Act, in short, promotes patient access to their electronic health information. Providers must share not only test results, medication lists, and referral information, but also the notes written about your care. You can find these notes on the Appointments and Visits page in MyChart by clicking View notes for a past visit. If you have any questions, please contact your provider directly.

Patients can see their health information from other organizations in MyChart through the Happy Together framework. If a patient has an existing medical record at another organization, they can link their outside chart with their BJC HealthCare and Washington University Physicians MyChart account. After a patient has linked their account, they can view their medications, allergies, and problem list from the outside organization right in their BJC HealthCare and Washington University Physicians MyChart account.
