Very late to the game here, but one way to force discovery of new music is to use the "I'm tired of this song" feature. On the Now Playing page, below the image of the album, are three dots. Click on them, and one of the options is "I'm tired of this song". Click on it, and (for this channel? for all channels?), the song will be taken out of circulation for a month. Do that on enough songs, and the engine is forced to find new music for you. But then there's no way to undo this, except to wait a month.

If you go to your Community profile page you should see it at the top of the page like the example above. If you don't see it, this means you need to switch your Pandora profile from private to public here.

It will show you the date when you became a Pandora member, it will have Podcast hours, playlists, music hours. All of this you will see at the very beginning of your profile page. @Nicov it is in total, Pandora will post your yearly listening experience towards the end of the year. Pandora will inform you of the most played song, your most played decade of music, you're favorite genre of music, favorite station, favorite Playlist, and total hours you listened for the year.

Now, if I say, "Siri, play Gorilla Biscuits," Siri will open Pandora and try to create a station for Gorilla Biscuits. Even if I add, "...from my music," or, "...from my library," to the end of the command, Siri will still open Pandora and create a new station.

Experiencing same issue. For some reason Pandora won't connect, says unable to play. Been using it for years. Reinstalled pandora and rebooted all the devices and router. Talked to Sonos for an hour redoing all that. Guy finally said it's an interference issue. BS. Nothing else experiences it and the Sonos channel goes right through. Go figure.

Noticing that, when using Pandora, music starts great but stops playing through the Sonos Speakers after the ads play. I pause it for a minute or so and start it back up and it plays, no changes to configurations. It plays perfectly again until the ads finish the next time and stops playing again. The Pandora app is still playing, and when I play music directly from the iPhone, no issues like that; music starts right after the ads again, like expected.

The issues have gotten much worse in the last few months. I have deleted the account, reinstalled. I have rebooted eveything (a few times) and it still consistently skips/pauses. This only happens at my fitness studio and not at my home. I have a connect at the studio but I have also rebooted that as well. No improvements. No issues with Spotify, Apple music or Amazon although I mostly play Pandora.
