Samantela together with the Association of Camarines Sur Secondary Administrators (ACSSSA), stands as the guardian of beauty, cleanliness, and harmony. Their mission is simple yet impactful—to transform their surroundings into a space that fosters inspiration, health, and a sense of belonging for the athletes of Camarines Sur during Palarong Bicol 2025.
