Background Info on Camryn
I am a current student at Smithfield Selma High School in the graduating class of 2022. I spend my free time at Benson Fire Department as well as dancing at my hometown studio in Benson. After high school I plan to go to a community college for 2-years and then transfer to a 4-year college majoring in Emergency Management in hopes of finding the right fit for me in this industry.
Long & Short-Term Goals
Short Term Goals - To graduate from a community college debt free and a desire to pursue my education.
Long Term Goals - To combine all of the knowledge and resources I have gained over the years to pursue a career under Emergancy Managment.
Me & the IB Career Pathway
The IB Career Pathway has helped guide me towards my passions and lead me in the direction of my future aspirations. This program has also taught me many valuable traits that I will continue to demonstrate beyond my academic years.
Reflection on Development
As the year has progressed, I have found that the services I enlisted and the connections I have made has strongly impcated who I am today which are experiances I couldn't get anywhere else. Through service learning in public safety related events, it has gave me a better understaning of this specific field and prepared me for what I want to pursue in the future.
