Click on the “Report Lost Item” button on this site.
Fill in all required details, including place and date the item was lost.
Provide a clear description and, if possible, upload a photo of the item.
Submit the form and note your confirmation message.
Your entry will be added to the Lost Items Database for others to view.
Click on the “Report Found Item” button.
Enter details about where and when the item was found.
Upload a picture of the item to help identify it.
Submit the form.
Keep the item safe until handed over at the designated Lost & Found Desk.
To claim an item listed in the Found Items database:
Visit the Lost & Found Desk with your Student ID card.
Provide information that matches the item description (color, brand, marks, etc.).
The staff will verify your details.
Once verified, the item will be returned to you and marked as “claimed” in the database.
Found items must be handed over to the Lost & Found Desk within 24 hours.
Items will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.
Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated or disposed of responsibly.
Perishable items will be discarded at the end of the day.

Do not misuse the system by submitting false information.
Do not attempt to claim items that do not belong to you.
Respect privacy — do not store or share sensitive personal information found on items.
Found IDs, bank cards, or documents must be turned in immediately to campus administration.
