Camp Shpitz seeks to give each camper the best summer of their lives. We strive for a great staff-to-camper relationship that lasts past the summer. We are located at Darchei Noam Montessori, with a beautiful campus, with plenty of classrooms, a nice auditorium, and a great outdoor area. We are a professionally run program with a Torahdig atmosphere, engaging Rabbeim, exciting trips, and fantastic activities! This past summer, we had approximately 150 campers, over 30 staff, and 9 Learning Rabbeim.

Camp Shpitz has two main divisions. Our first division is for boys coming out of 2nd-6th grades and our second division is an amazing trip camp for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Each grade has a Division Head, working under Head counselor Uriel Schwartz and Director Shmuel Kramer. We like to ensure that if a camper has an issue, he can feel comfortable asking multiple people to help his needs. The goal of Camp Shpitz is to give the campers an exhilarating summer filled with memories and experiences that can help them thrive and grow throughout the whole next year. Every day has action-packed activities, fun trips, and much more, bringing out the best in every camper.

Our Director, Shmuel Kramer, started Camp Shpitz in 2020, after being a division head in a day camp for many years. His experience has helped him run Camp Shpitz and help him see it grow tremendously in just a few years. Shmuel is known for his contagious smile, caring personality, and is engaging with every camper. He is also involved in the community, and keeps up with campers, even after they leave camp. Shmuel looks forward to the summer the entire year! We hope you do as well!

Our Head Counselor, Uriel Schwartz, is extremely dynamic and organized when it comes to the day-to-day operations of Camp Shpitz. Uriel has experience as a counselor, Division Head, and Head Counselor for many years before and during his time in Camp Shpitz. Additionally, Uriel is responsible for hiring all of our amazing staff members. He also has a lot of experience with the boys in our community, running multiple programs during the year. Uriel is excited for another amazing summer!
