Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation any day/week before June 1st, 2024. The client is entitled to a 90% refund minus the $25 registration fee.

• Cancellation any day/week after June 1st, 2024, the client is entitled to a 50% refund minus a $25 registration fee.

• All cancellations must be emailed to camponwheelsnh@gmail.com one week before the day/week of cancellation for a refund based on the above percentages.

• There will be no refund for any day(s) canceled when a child is called out on the day/week of the date(s) of cancellation.
