The tents will be set up at your home or a site of your choosing. The site for a 20 ft bell tent should be 26 ft of flat grass area. If you choose to have your tent set up on a campsite, make sure there is electricity available. If you choose to utilize a campsite, you are responsible for making sure there is clear opening with 26ft of flat grass area, reserving the campsite, and paying for the campsite.
At this time, we are only accepting bookings for Saturday/Sunday rentals. As soon as I am fully recovered from my current injuries, we will add other days. Set up will occur by noon on Saturday and take down will be Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m.
The tents are completely waterproof. There is a tarp laid down before the floor of the tent. Once the floor of the tent is in place the tent itself is zipped to the floor. There are multiple windows that can be unzipped for airflow.
We do provide a portable air conditioner or portable heater, depending on the weather. Note: The basic package does not include an ac or heater.
The typical tent rental is for one night, but based on availability, we can make arrangements for multiple nights. We can also extend the Sunday rental with a pickup time of 5:00 p.m. for an additional $50.
