01/09/18: WE ARE IN TRANSITION, MOVING ANIMALS TO MORE COMFORTABLE AND EQUIPPED ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE AREA. WE ARE WORKING CLOSELY WITH BUTTE COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL TO UPDATE THE LOCATION OF THE ANIMALS WHICH CURRENTLY APPEAR HERE, AS WELL AS ADDING NEW DOGS AND CATS.

If you don't see your animal on our site, please keep checking back.

Many animals were sent to our supporting partners' locations for vet care listed below (some were sent out of the area as local vets became saturated). If you see your animal on their website, please contact them directly. Unclaimed animals are NOT currently being adopted out.

Many of the animals at the shelters below are also shown on our "Cats," "Cats 2," "Cats at Vets," or "Dogs" pages, where noted.
