The total cost for our 2025 Summer Camp is $535, which covers all lodging, food, activities, transportation, Camp T-Shirt and supplies. Costs have increased by $10 this year to help offset the cost of a new camp activity. We will be taking a day trip to Sunrise Ski Resort and will be going on the ski lift to take in the views.
We understand that families may need flexibility, so we’ve structured a simple and manageable payment plan.
Payment Plan
Deposit: $55 — Due at registration (non-refundable)
Payment 1: $160 — Due May 15
Payment 2: $160 — Due June 15
Final Payment: $160 — Due July 5
Financial Assistance
We never want cost to be the reason an athlete misses out on this unforgettable and important team experience. If your family needs financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. No athlete will be turned away due to financial need.
Please contact Coach Shearer directly and we will work with you to ensure your athlete can attend.
Campers who do not attend will not receive a refund. Reservations, food, and supplies are purchased in advance based on registration, so we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations.
