Camp Bite allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to delete your account in the app
1. Open the Camp Bite app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Scroll to the account section.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion request.

When contacting us, please include the phone number or email address linked to your Camp Bite account so we can identify the account.
Data deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, Camp Bite deletes or anonymizes personal account information associated with your profile, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Saved delivery address
- Notification preferences
- Account login information
- Profile information
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained where required for legal, safety, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, payment processing, refund, or regulatory reasons. This may include:
- Order records
- Payment and refund records
- Delivery records
- Support messages
- Transaction references
- Records required to prevent fraud or resolve disputes
Retention period
Where retention is required, Camp Bite keeps the data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes listed above or as required by applicable Ghanaian law. After that period, the data will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived.
Data deletion without deleting your account
Users may also request deletion or correction of some personal data without deleting their full account by contacting:

Examples include requests to delete or update saved delivery address information, profile details, or optional contact information.
