*Citizen Science can be a controversial term.  It is our belief (and the data shows) that all people can "do" science.  Thus, in our publications we have begun to use the term "people powered science" to distance ourselves from the controversy that surrounds the terms citizen science and community science.  We welcome and value the contributions of all people.
