Prior to issuance of program area rockers, special patches were issued to campers who had completed programs offered exclusively at Camp Wolfeboro.
Camp Wolfeboro offers the Webelos Weekend twice a year for Webelos Scouts. Webelos Weekend is an introduction into Boy Scout resident camping and see what Boy Scout summer camp is like.
The Wolf-Bray Trail spanned the 52 miles between Camp Wolfeboro and Camp Bray operated by the Mt. Diablo Council, then Mt. Diablo Silverado Council until Camp Bray closed. There were several lengths of hikes available to campers along this trail, and burros would carry the heavier supplies for Scouts who went on the longer expedition to Camp Bray. Upon completion the scouts would receive a special award, including a patch and medal.
Program Area rockers have been issued to campers who had completed special instruction from each program area at Wolfeboro.

Jason Lewis managed the camp from September 1999 through May 2009, and oversaw the 75th anniversary celebrations. A four-inch round wax cut patch was sold the year before, the year of, and the year after the 75th anniversary in 2003. As a fund raiser for the 2003 75th event, the Trading Post sold a different segment each year, or you could purchase the full uncut patch for $20.
Camp Wolfeboro 90th Anniversary Weekends were held July 13-15th & August 3-5th, 2018. Wolfeboro Challenge, the main event, was a series of skills challenges held in key program areas. The Pioneer Tour was hosted by the Wolfeboro Pioneers to give Scouts and Scouters an opportunity to hear old camp stories and learn the history of Camp Wolfeboro. A 90th Anniversary Time Capsule will be created, and everyone had an opportunity to donate a story or small item to be placed into the time capsule. Of course, there was a campfire on Saturday night, where everyone was welcome to contribute a skit.
The patch features the Program Office (P.O.) as viewed from the northwest corner of the grassy Flag Area (outlined with granite stones). The tall Jeffrey Pine on the right is stylistically represented as the mature Lone Tree logo of Camp Wolfeboro. The inner border features Figure-8 stopper knots on either side to highlight the acronyms for Mount Diablo Silverado Council on the left and Boy Scouts of America on the right; and a square knot at the bottom to honor the adult awards and recognitions for leadership and service in BSA.
Unfortunately Camp Wolfeboro was closed by the GGAC due to record snow accumulation in 2023.
Wolfeboro Pioneers on the Facilities Committee created special patches for people who volunteered time helping renovate camp during the 2023 closure. The Lone Tree is burdened by record 2023 snowfall which was 226% of the average.
