Our mission is "To teach effective social skills to children and adults with Autism by fostering positive relationships with positive peer role models."
Camp TESSA pairs children and adults who have Autism with their similar-age peers to participate in social skill building activities, daily living skills, community based instruction, and post-secondary transition. Certified Special Education and General Education Teachers lead the camp activities and provide supports to all campers and peer buddies. Camp TESSA KY serves students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and utilizes peer buddies from Hardin, Larue, Hart and Nelson Counties. Use the navigation bar on the left to learn more about Camp TESSA!
