Welcome to Camoria: HD Camera & Editor, developed by Nigeriacamera ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Camoria: HD Camera & Editor (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Camoria: HD Camera & Editor is a camera and photo editing application that allows users to capture, import, edit, enhance, and save images using features provided by the App.
The App may provide features including:
Taking photos using the device camera.
Selecting photos from the device gallery.
Cropping, resizing, rotating, and adjusting images.
Applying filters, effects, frames, or other editing features.
Enhancing or modifying images using available editing tools.
Saving or exporting edited images to the user's device.
Users are solely responsible for:
The photos and other content they capture, select, import, edit, or process using the App.
Ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use any images or other content they process.
Ensuring that their use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Obtaining appropriate consent when photographing, editing, or sharing images of other people.
The App does not determine whether a user has the legal right or permission to use a particular image or photograph.
The App may allow users to select, import, capture, edit, or otherwise process photos and other visual content from their device.
You retain ownership of your photos and other content that you provide through the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process using the App and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents.
You agree not to use the App to process or create content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties.
Contains unlawful or abusive material.
Is intended to impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
Violates the rights or dignity of another person.
Camoria: HD Camera & Editor is a photo capture and editing tool.
The App does not verify the ownership, authenticity, legality, or consent associated with photos selected or captured by users.
We are not responsible for:
The content of photos selected, captured, imported, edited, or exported by users.
Whether users have permission to use or modify a particular image.
Any consequences resulting from editing, sharing, publishing, or distributing images created using the App.
Claims involving copyright, privacy, publicity, defamation, or other rights arising from user-provided content.
If an image contains another person, users are responsible for obtaining any consent that may be required before editing, publishing, or sharing that image.
Users should not use the App to create or distribute deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise unlawful visual content.
Users agree to use the App and its editing features responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the App to:
Create or distribute illegal content.
Impersonate another person in a deceptive or fraudulent manner.
Create content intended to defraud or harm another person.
Violate another person's privacy or publicity rights.
Remove or bypass copyright or ownership notices for unlawful purposes.
Create or distribute content that violates applicable laws.
Use edited images to falsely represent real-world events or circumstances in a way that causes harm or fraud.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App where we reasonably believe it is being used for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Certain features of Camoria: HD Camera & Editor may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription") or other in-app purchase.
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices, billing periods, and available features will be clearly displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store users' payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited according to the applicable platform's policies.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will generally apply to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may display advertisements and may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other technical functionality.
Third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party advertisements or services that we do not control.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, interfaces, and other materials included in the App are owned by Nigeriacamera or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App without authorization.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter proprietary notices.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Photos and other content processed through the App may be stored locally on your device depending on the features you use.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your original and edited photos.
We do not guarantee that photos or edited content will always be preserved, recoverable, or available.
You acknowledge that deleting the App, clearing App data, changing devices, device failure, operating system changes, or other circumstances may result in the loss of locally stored content.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe the rights of another person or entity.
Use the App to facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or other harmful activities.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where legally permitted.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nigeriacamera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Availability.
Accuracy.
Reliability.
Uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or completely secure.
Camera or photo editing features will always produce the expected results.
Edited images will always retain their original quality.
Photos or other content will never be lost or corrupted.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Third-party services or advertisements will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nigeriacamera, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Photos or other content processed through the App.
Loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of photos or other content.
Editing, publishing, or sharing images created using the App.
Claims involving copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights related to user-provided content.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nigeriacamera, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your misuse of the App.
Your photos, images, or other content processed through the App.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
Your editing, publication, distribution, or sharing of images created using the App.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable legal provisions, will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
