« Portable and Personalized Neurofeedback for Stroke Rehabilitation »Â
Objective: To develop a methodological and experimental framework for more portable neurofeedback (i.e. presenting a stimulus directly related to a person's ongoing brain activity) using a combination of electroencephalography (EEG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). The long-term aim is to evaluate the effect of such a combination on motor rehabilitation after stroke.

« Recovering Arm Function in Chronic Post-stroke Patients Using Combined HD-tDCS and Virtual Reality Therapy »Â
Objective: The study aims to determine the added value of combining high-definition transcranial direct current stimulation (HD-tDCS) with a rehabilitation programme based on virtual reality therapy (VRT) to potentiate the effects on neuroplasticity and further improve the functional recovery of the arm in chronic stroke patients.

« Effects of healthy and pathological aging on brain activity during movement of the upper limb: prospectivess for post-stroke rehabilitation »Â
Objective: this work aimed were to: i) develop a suitable methodology to evaluate the task-related brain activity coupled with kinematics of UL proximal movement and evaluate the brain and movement modifications ii) in healthy aging and iii) in post-stroke population.
