Lion Dance on Wednesday, April 16 from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. at Collingwood Public Library

Join us for an educational lion dance and presentation by Lunar Eclipse Lion Dance, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Chinese Lion Dance in Collingwood and surrounding areas. The troupe is currently made up of children who are all new to the art. It was founded in 2024 by thirteen-year-old Camille, who has loved lion dance for eight years, and who wanted to teach it to others.

Collingwood teen Camille Castillo Buehler was mesmerized the first time she saw Chinese Lion Dancing at school. So much so she decided to take it up for herself.
