I am an assistant professor in Statistics at Utrecht University, where I develop statistical methods that combine multiple data sources to better understand social phenomena.

I am interested in inference with nonprobability samples, survey data integration, nonresponse and small area estimation. 

My reserach is supported by international grants, including the Understanding Society Fellowhsip to study youth nonresponse, and a GESIS Junior Reserach Fellowship to study the quality of statistical matching.

I serve as Associate Editor of the Journal of Survey Statistics and Methodology and I am the chair of the ESRA - Special Interest Group on Multisource Statistics.
