SHORT BIO

I am an assistant professor in Statistics at Utrecht University, where I develop statistical methods that combine multiple data sources to better understand social phenomena.

I am interested in inference with nonprobability samples, survey data integration and nonresponse. 

My reserach is supported by international grants, including the Understanding Society Fellowhsip to study youth nonresponse, a dutch grant to study the use of new data sources in small area estimation and a GESIS Junior Reserach Fellowship to study quality of statistical matching.

I serve as Associate Editor of the Journal of Survey Statistics and Methodology and I am the chair of the ESRA - Special Interest Group on Multisource Statistics.
