Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the [CamGuide] mobile application (the "App") operated by Camguide.
By downloading or using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App.
The App offers a "Pro" version via a one-time purchase (In-App Purchase).
One-Time Payment: The purchase is for lifetime access to the premium features available at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Google Play. We do not store or process your credit card or banking details.
Refunds: Since we do not manage payments directly, refund requests must be submitted to the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Camguide.
You retain full ownership of any photos or videos you create using the App.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create.
You are solely responsible for the content you capture and ensuring it complies with local laws (e.g., privacy laws regarding photographing others).
We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates").
Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the App. You agree that we have no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Camguide be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App).
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
