W Albert Smoot, Jr & Harriet Smoot, his wife, party of the first part grant and convey lands to W.A Smoot & Co, Inc. party of the second part.

Deed of Bargain and Sale, 26 February 1964 between W.A. Smoot & Co, Inc., a Virginia Corporation, party of the first part and Henry Koch, Trustee under Cameron Mews Trust, party of the second part.
Party of the first part does hereby
…Grant, bargain, sell and convey with general warranty of title unto the said party of the second part, Henry Koch, Trustee under Cameron Mews Trust, all that certain lot or parcel of land, together with its improvements and appurtenances, situate in the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of N side of Cameron St with the West side of Union St and running thence along Cameron St N 80 degrees 10’ West 300 feet to the NE corner of Cameron and Lee Street; thence along Lee St N 9 degrees 30’ East 167.58 feet to Thompson’s alley; thence along Thompson’s alley S 80 degrees 10’ East 300 feet to Union St; thence along Union St S 9 degrees 30’ West 167.58 ft to the beginning, containing 50,271 sq ft, TOGETHER with the right of way over Thompson’s alley.
And being part of the same property acquired by the said party of the first part by deed dated January 2, 1909 and recorded in Deed Book 58, Page 117 of the City of Alexandria, Virginia Land Record.
Henry Koch, Trustee of Cameron Mews Trust has full power to convey, mortgage, lease and execute such deeds, deeds of trust, notes and any all other instruments in connection therewith….

Henry Koch, Trustee under Cameron Mews Trust, party of the first part, and owner of a tract of land in the City of Alexandria, Virginia described in deed of acquisition in DB 595, page 417 of said land record, and party of the second part, Charles A Davis and William S Banks, Trustees under a Deed of Trust recorded in DB 595, Page 419of said City Land Records, are vested with authority to subdivide the above mentioned property
Parties of the first party and second part do hereby subdivide into lots the above-mentioned land as shown on plat attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference made by Edward S Holland, CLS, dated November 24th, 1964, and approved by the City Planning Commission, Alexandria Virginia on February 2nd, 1965; the said subdivision hereby made is to be known and designated as “Cameron Mews.”
