CameraV ("we", "our", or "us") provides the CameraV mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our application.

## 1. Information We Collect and Process

### a. Camera and Photos

- Camera Access: Required to capture photos and videos within the application.

- Photos / Media Storage Access: Required to save your captured photos/videos to your device gallery, and to allow you to edit or add timestamps to existing photos.

- Local Processing: All photo/video processing, stamp generation, and storage happen directly on your local device. We DO NOT upload your personal photos or videos to any remote server.

### b. Location Information (GPS)

- Precise / Approximate Location: We request access to your location solely to calculate and stamp your current address, GPS coordinates, elevation, and map data onto your captured photos/videos.

- Location data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is NOT shared with or stored on our servers.

### c. Microphone / Audio

- Audio Access: Used solely to record audio when you choose to record video with sound. Audio recordings are stored locally with the video file.

### d. User Account Data (Optional)

- If you sign in via Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication, we may collect your basic profile details (display name and email address) strictly to authenticate your account and manage in-app subscriptions.

## 2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To provide app functionality, crash reporting, and monetization, our app integrates trusted third-party SDKs:

- Google AdMob (Mobile Ads):

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (including the Google Advertising ID - AAID) and device diagnostic data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads.

We use Firebase services to collect anonymous analytics (screen views, session durations) and crash logs to improve app stability.

- Google Play Billing:

If you purchase premium features or subscriptions, payments are handled directly and securely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

## 3. Data Retention and Deletion

- Local Data: Photos and videos remain on your device and can be deleted by you at any time via your device gallery.

- Account Deletion: If you have created an account, you can request account and data deletion directly inside the app settings or by contacting us at the email below. We will permanently delete your account data within 30 days of request.

## 4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
