These Terms govern your use of SightShield, provided by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD. By using SightShield, you agree to these Terms.
SightShield is a Bluetooth-based smart-eyewear privacy-awareness utility that observes Bluetooth signals available to the app and may compare relevant observations with supported signatures.
SightShield is not a hidden-camera detector and does not guarantee detection of all smart glasses or other devices. A detection does not indicate that a device is recording. Results depend on Bluetooth availability, observable signals, device behavior, operating-system restrictions, radio conditions, and SightShield's supported fingerprint/signature database.
SightShield does not provide exact physical distance or direction, determine recording state, detect spying, track people, or guarantee privacy or safety.
You are responsible for lawful and appropriate use. Do not rely on SightShield as a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, professional security advice, or other measures appropriate to your circumstances.
SightShield may provide advertising-supported free features and optional Pro features. The free version may display banner, native, interstitial, and app-open advertising.
SightShield may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and terms are shown by the App Store before purchase. Payments are processed by Apple. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to Apple's displayed terms unless cancelled through your Apple account within the applicable period. Eligible purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases.
SightShield relies on services including Apple App Store/StoreKit and Google advertising and consent services. Their availability and independent practices are governed by their respective terms and policies.
SightShield's original software, branding, design, and content are owned by or licensed to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD, except for third-party materials and trademarks belonging to their respective owners. Third-party references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
We may maintain, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Supported Bluetooth signatures and detection capabilities may change as technology and available evidence evolve.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SightShield is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, detection of every device, or prevention of privacy or security incidents.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from reliance on detection results, failure to detect a device, third-party services, or use of the app. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using SightShield at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address material misuse, subject to applicable rights.
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply to you under applicable law. A specific contractual governing-law jurisdiction is not designated in this version.
We may update these Terms when SightShield or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
