This Privacy Policy explains how ALILOU DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the SightShield mobile application.
SightShield is a Bluetooth-based smart-eyewear privacy-awareness utility. Bluetooth observations used for detection are processed on your device. Detection does not indicate that a device is recording, and some devices may not be detectable.
SightShield may store app settings, Privacy Session information, and History locally on your device. No SightShield account is required. Bluetooth observations, detection History, and Privacy Session History are not uploaded to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD servers.
SightShield does not request GPS/Core Location permission for its detection features. Third-party advertising services may process approximate location or network/device information according to their own services, configuration, your choices, and applicable law.
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads for banner, native, interstitial, and app-open advertising. SightShield also uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to support applicable consent and privacy choices. Google and its partners may process information needed to provide, measure, secure, personalize, or otherwise operate advertising under their policies and applicable requirements.
SightShield does not intentionally attach Bluetooth observations, detection results, fingerprint matches, RSSI values, or Privacy Session History to advertising requests.
Where required, advertising consent choices may be presented through Google UMP. Privacy Options may be available in SightShield Settings when required. Your choices can affect advertising behavior.
SightShield does not currently use first-party analytics, Firebase, or Crashlytics. Third-party SDKs may process diagnostic, performance, interaction, advertising, device, or related information as described by their providers.
SightShield offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable Pro subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. ALILOU DIGITAL LTD does not directly receive your full payment-card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account, and SightShield provides Restore Purchases for eligible purchases.
SightShield uses Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, and Apple App Store/StoreKit services. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Local History and settings remain on your device according to the app's controls and applicable iOS behavior. You can use SightShield's available History/settings controls, manage purchases through Apple, and use advertising privacy options when available.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the app, but no software, device, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
SightShield does not operate an account system designed to knowingly collect children's personal information. Third-party services remain subject to applicable legal and platform requirements.
We may update this Policy when SightShield, its services, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
