Field Study - Ngov Heng Pepper Plantation

On November 8th, 2025, 39 members and 3 advisors from the 12th generation of the CamEd International Business Club (CIBC) joined the second field study at Ngov Heng Kampot Pepper Plantation in Kep Province, about 140 km from Phnom Penh. The visit included a presentation and farm tour led by Mr. Chan Sitha and his wife, who shared insights on organic pepper production and quality management. The trip was smoothly organized under the leadership of Ms. Sou Sienleng and coordination of Ms. Hort Dalen, providing students with a valuable learning experience.

Field Study - Yeo's Cambodia

The 1st Field Study of the 12th generation of CamEd International Business Club held on August 5th 2025, visiting Yeo's Cambodia's factory, located at National Road 4, Phum Tachet, Khan Kamboul, Phnom Penh. It was a memorable experience for all of us with the participation of 45 members including the club's advisors, management teams, senior and junior members. This visit allowed us to learn about the production process and hearing behind the scenes from experienced staff of how a well-known brand stays successful through quality, innovation, and teamwork.

Field Study - Phum Domnak Domrey Resort

On October 6th, 2024, over 40 junior and senior members from the 11th generation of CamEd International Business Club commenced their second field study at Phum Domnak Domrey Resort, located in Yeay Mao Pichnil Commune, Phnom Srouch District, Traeng Trayueng, Kampong Speu, Cambodia, approximately 110 km from Phnom Penh. The event featured an overview presentation and resort tour led by the Sales Manager, Mr. Sam Bunthol, and the Operation Manager, Mr. Keo Piseth. The initiative was made possible as it was overseen and coordinated under the management of the Team Leader, Mr. Khov Chhunhuy, and the Contact Person, Mr. Hak Rithnarong.

Field Study - Smart Axiata

On 16th August 2024, The CamEd International Business Club established the first field study under the management of Ms. Hok Ven Ing as a team leader and Ms. Taing Tepkanha as a contact person for Smart Axiata which is located at Monivong Blvd, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh (Head office). Additionally, 46 junior and senior members from multiple departments participated. We gained valuable insights and extensive experience after presentations, particularly from senior staff members who have over ten years of experience across various departments at Smart Axiata.

Field Study - Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS)

On Saturday 16th September 2023, The CamEd International Business Club has established the field study under the management of Ms. Rin Daliya as a Team leader and Ms. Tuy Sokubya was a Contact Person to Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) which was located in Sihanoukville with assistance from the management team of CIBC. Furthermore, it’s participated by 46 fresh and senior members from multiple departments. The professional management, the competence team leader, and the quality of the firm’s touring we have visited are running smoothly as planned. We went to see how the field study was being conducted because the timing and location were ideal. Thus, touring each one under the guidance of a knowledgeable and highly experienced employee in the Autonomous Port which we can call in short PAS.

Field Study - Vital Premium Water & Mee Chiet

At Friday 4th August 2023, The CamEd International Business Club has established the field study under the management of Mr. Sovey as a Team leader and Ms. Nika as a Contact Person to Vital and Mee Chiet which was located along Chneas Chneas Blvd, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh with assistance from the management team of CIBC. Additionally, it’s participated by 50 fresh and senior members from multiple departments. The professional management, the competence team leader, and the quality of the firm’s touring we have visited are running smoothly as planned. Due to the convenient timing and location, we visited two factories during the field study, twice physically touring each one under the guidance of a knowledgeable and highly experienced employee in the Vital and Mee Chiet factory.
