Mission

Provide drainage technical assistance to county residents. The Camden County Stormwater Business Plan and Ordinance provide revenue thru stormwater fees to funds projects.

Manage the NC Agriculture Cost Share programs and provide technical assistance in the installation of conservation Best Management Practices (BMPs).

Provide education and outreach concerning conservation of natural resources.

The Camden and Albemarle Soil & Water Conservation District open meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of February, April, June, August, October and December at 6:30 pm at various locations in the 5 county Albemarle District Area. The public is invited.
