Step 1 - First, you'll need to fill out the form with all the required information. Once we receive it, we’ll be in touch before you know it! We aim to respond quickly! In case of an emergency, you can reach us directly on 07496 513 885.

Step 2 - Once the form is completed, we’ll arrange a visit to meet your pet, you (the owners), and see your home. This initial visit may incur a small fee depending on the time and complexity involved. Typically, our basic service covers introductions, key collection, and a brief discussion of any specific instructions or notes about your pet.

Step 3 - After the first meeting, we’ll create a WhatsApp group dedicated to your pet. This group will include your pet’s profile (name, age, breed, any conditions or special needs) and the scheduled visit dates and times. During each visit, we’ll share photos and videos through the group so you can stay updated and feel connected while you're away.

Step 4 - This WhatsApp group will also serve as our main method of communication throughout the visits, keeping things simple and transparent.

Step 5 - Once the scheduled visits are complete, we’ll keep the group open for any future bookings, updates, or to maintain a record of past visits and services provided.
