Cambridge Psychedelic Society

WELCOME!

The Cambridge Psychedelic Society is a platform to encourage discussion on psychedelic substances, their cultural, legal and philosophical implications, associated academic research and harm reduction. We run social events, talks, healing events, raves and have run essay competitions. This website is intended as a hub where you can find out what events we're running, order merch, see vacancies for committee positions, and obtain links to our social media. Unfortunately, our Facebook and Instagram pages has been taken down, therefore the primary means of correspondence will be through our mailing list and the WhatsApp group. 

If you want to support us, please consider buying merch below. We use the funds to reimburse speakers for travel, and for prizes for essay competitions.

Sharing experiences of illegal drugs is permitted and encouraged. However, for the avoidance of doubt, we will not help you obtain psychedelic substances nor do we condone illegal activity involving them. People found using our society as a platform to sell or otherwise distribute illegal drugs will not be permitted to attend future events, and the university or authorities may be informed in serious cases. We also ask that you do not bring illegal substances with you to events, even if you are not intending to distribute it. You are free to discuss possession of illegal substances, though we would not permit "stash pics" (pictures of drugs or associated paraphernalia) on our WhatsApp group and so on.
