Clearance Forms

Cambria League Baseball requires all managers, coaches, umpires, and volunteers to submit and provide a copy of the clearances that are required by Pennsylvania Law. If you have lived in Pennsylvania for the past 10 years, the following clearances will be required.

These clearances are free for all volunteers and must be completed prior to contact with any youth that participate with programs conducted within Cambria League Baseball. If you have any questions please contact any of your association's officers.
