The following people make up the core organizing committee for Camarillo Pride.
Michelle Burns (She/Her) is an activist, educator, and stalwart ally of the LGBTQIA+ Community, especially in Camarillo. As an education professional for over 20 years, Michelle knows the importance of sharing knowledge and the positive power of community. She wants to facilitate activities and events where people feel safe, seen, and accepted. As a wife of over 20 years and the mother of three beautiful children, she wants to ensure Camarillo treats all people and their families with dignity, acceptance, and respect.
Jen Olcovich (She/Her) is a wife, mother of two, a volunteer at the Ventura County Animal Services, and a backbone of Camarillo Pride. Jen helps ensure the LGBTQIA+ community in Camarillo including children, parents, families and people are welcomed, included, accepted and cherished.
Carole Dumas (She/Her) is a steadfast ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. She volunteers her time with Camarillo Pride in hopes of a more inclusive community for everyone. As a wife and mother of two children, she raises them to choose kindness whenever possible.
